01. Personal Data

Generally speaking, you can visit the Sekrata website without providing any personal information about yourself. In any event, you are under no obligation to provide this information to Sekrata. However, if you refuse, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services you have requested. As such, Sekrata may, in certain cases, ask you to provide your first and last name, email address, telephone number, company name, and position (hereinafter your “Personal Information”). Neither Sekrata nor any of its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and Users of its Site.

03. Retention period

Your Personal Information is kept by Sekrata only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 2 above, which may not in any case exceed 24 months. (Except in the case of renewal of subscriptions, for example).

05. Rights of access and communication of data

You have the right to access Personal information concerning you. However, due to the security and confidentiality obligation in the processing of personal data incumbent on Sekrata, you are informed that your request will be processed subject to you providing proof of your identity, in particular by producing a scan of your valid identity document (in the case of a request via our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identity document (in the case of a request sent in writing).

06. Rights to rectify data

08. Response time

Sekrata undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable timeframe which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

09. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

Sekrata informs you that it uses authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you provide to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and are responsible for the data collected through the various forms on the Site.

Sekrata has previously ensured that its partners implement adequate safeguards and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use, and data protection. In particular, vigilance has been focused on the existence of a legal basis for any data transfer to a third country. As such, one of our service providers is subject to internal corporate rules (or “Binding Corporate Rules”) that were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others comply not only with Standard Contractual Clauses but also with Privacy Shield.
