01. Company History
Founded in 2020, Sekrata was born from a bold challenge: to secure the classifieds site FenuaDeal (now Paris Vendu Polynésie) with a strong, simple, and fast authentication solution. Faced with complex and unsuitable existing solutions, we decided to reinvent access management.

With 20 years of expertise in software development, cybersecurity, and telephony, we developed SEKRATA, an innovative voice-based authentication solution. Successfully deployed, it demonstrated its reliability while significantly improving the user experience.
This success marked a strategic turning point. By integrating Keycloak, the leading open-source identity management (IAM) platform, Sekrata expanded its scope to support companies in securing their access and modernizing their IAM architecture.
Today, Sekrata designs innovative, accessible, and scalable solutions to address the cybersecurity challenges of public and private organizations.

At Sekrata, we have chosen to build a close-knit team made up of highly specialized individuals in their fields. This agile structure allows us to remain close to our clients and responsive to their challenges.
We cultivate an environment focused on knowledge sharing, which is essential for innovation and continuous skill development.
A true product of new technologies, Christophe began his career during the deregulation of the telecom sector in 1995, working with British Telecom France and Cegetel on billing solutions.
Very quickly, with the explosion of the internet economy, he was one of the founders of Ibazar-Group, which became eBay, and was responsible for defining the technical architecture and implementing production from scratch. Ibazar quickly became the third-largest website in France, behind Microsoft and Yahoo.
Attracted to entrepreneurship, he founded several companies: FeanuDeal, the leading classifieds site in Polynesia, FeanuaDeal Edition (with its flagship title “The Housing Guide”), and OireSoft (a billing and municipal management solution).
In 2016, with Pierre-Olivier, the creation of a structure focused on authentication began to emerge: SEKRATA.
I have worked in the IT sector for over 20 years. My career, marked by solid training in negotiation and sales management at Euridis Business School, has allowed me to develop expertise in strategic growth, key account management, and new market acquisition.
As Business Development Manager at SEKRATA, I support our clients in implementing innovative cybersecurity solutions, particularly in the Identity Access Management ecosystem.
Curious and results-oriented, I make it a point of honor to create trusting, long-lasting relationships with our employees and clients, respecting our values, while ensuring I anticipate their needs in a constantly evolving environment.
A graduate of EPITA and holder of an MBA in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris, Pierre Olivier Chaplain has over 25 years of experience in software development, product management, and R&D leadership.
After starting his career at SFR, he contributed to the implementation of telecom technology solutions at Kabira, then joined Amadeus, where he led the deployment of Mid & Back Office solutions in Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Upon returning to France, he managed Ingenico’s retail platforms before taking on the role of R&D and Product Management Director at the Fichet Group.
His ambition: to combine innovation, security, and digitalization to create next-generation solutions.
